I. Basic guarantee
1. 7-day unconditional return and exchange
-Within 7 days after receipt, if the product is intact, unworn, and retains the original packaging and labels, it can be returned free of charge (except for customized models).
2. 30-day quality guarantee
-Quality problems not caused by human damage (such as breakage, stone loss, and accessory failure) can be replaced or repaired free of charge within 30 days.

- Self-Modification or Third-Party Repair
- Special/Clearance Items (Except for Items Labeled as "No Warranty")
III. Service Process
1. **Contact Customer Service**
→ Provide Order Number + Problem Photos (Reply within 48 Hours)
2. **Send Back for Inspection**
→ Cash on Delivery Rejected! Please send it back by insured courier
3. **Handling method**
- **Within the warranty period**: Repair and return within 10-15 working days (free shipping)
- **Paid repair**: Quote confirmation → payment → start work
4. **Over the warranty period**: Only cost (labor + material cost) is charged
